Shipping Rules & Restrictions
- We currently ship to all 50 United States, Canada, apo/fpo addresses, and select U.S.territories (Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, Guam, marshal islands, American Samoa, and Micronesia).
- Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the united states.
- Orders of in-stock merchandise with standard ground shipping to U.S. locations will be shipped within three business days if received and authorized before 2:00 p.m. est.
- Orders of in-stock merchandise with expedited shipping to U.S. locations will be shipped within the same business day if received and authorized before 9:00 p.m. est.
- Orders of in-stock merchandise shipping to Canadian locations will be shipped within three business days, if received and authorized before 1:00 p.m. est.
- Orders of in-stock merchandise shipping express to Canadian locations will be shipped within the same business day, if received and authorized before 1:00 p.m. est.
- Orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii require expedited shipping. Standard ground shipping is not available.
- Orders shipping to an apo or fpo military address are shipped via the U.S. postal service and cannot be expedited. Please note these orders may take up to 21 days for delivery.
- Orders containing hazardous materials (example: fragrance and power banks) are not eligible for expedited shipping.
- All expedited orders require a street address.

TRACKING ORDERS
Tracking numbers are assigned to packages upon shipping from our distribution center. You can find these tracking numbers in your shipment confirmation email as well as in your order history on KaneCollection.com. It may take up to 48 hours before the package is checked into the carrier’s tracking system. While your package has already shipped from our warehouse and is on its way to you, the carrier may not be able to provide information about your package for 48 hours.
As we use multiple carriers and shipping methods, tracking availability may vary depending on the type of item you purchased, the shipping method you selected during checkout and the carrier that is delivering your item(s). Occasionally, orders are delivered via a carrier that does not offer the ability to track a package. In these rare instances,

All markdown items purchased from KaneCollections.com and JonKane.store are considered final sale and cannot be returned.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
In the case of items damaged during shipment, please immediately contact our customer care department at 408-337-6706. We will work with you to replace your item as fast as we can. If we are able to locate a replacement, we will send it to you at no charge to you, and will ask you to return the damaged/defective item to us using our free return service.

Because product availability is not guaranteed until items are purchased, it is possible for an item to become unavailable while it is in your shopping bag.
